1. All Sales Are Final

Because skincare items are personal-use, hygienic products:

All sales are final.
Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please ensure you review all product details, ingredient lists, and instructions carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly assist you.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Exceptions (If Approved by SkinRise Collective)

In rare cases where a refund or exchange is approved by our team:

The product must be NEW, unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was sold.
Approval is granted solely at the discretion of SkinRise Collective.

Products showing signs of use, tampering, or opened packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances.

4. Return Label Process

If your return or exchange is approved:

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label, which will be emailed to you.
You may download and print the label to place on the return package.
If we are unable to generate an RMA label, we will notify you and provide alternative instructions.

Please do not send products back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Gift cards
